Animals on Earth

There isn't a exact answer to how many animals live on earth but for certain millions of animals live on Earth including the ants, insects, fishes.  There are thousands more of species in the world that we haven't discovered and are just waiting for us to discover them.  Day by day more species are being discovered in the amazon due to the amazing amount of animals in Amazon.

Sustainibility

Every day people around the world are damaging the Earth.  The Earth is damaged by people spreading lots of pollution.  The ozone layer is getting a tiny bit thinner every day because of all of the chemicals we use. If this continues the ozone layer will just disappear and we will die due to the hotness that will come from the sun.  We can help the Earth become more sustainable by not using the car that often and walking more and spreading less pollution into the air.

Tectonic Plates

Tectonic plates are these plates that move around on the ocean floor.  There are 7 plates in total on earth.  Some natural disasters happen along these tectonic plates.  These are the 7 tectonic plates names African plate, Antarctic plate, Indo-Australia plate, Eurasian plate, North American plate, South American plate and the Pacific plate.

The Population On Earth!

The current population on earth is just under 7 billion on the 1st of May.  Probably on June the 1st the population of earth will go up to a whooping 7 billion.  The current country People's Republic Of China with 1,344,060,000 people living there.  

Facts about Earth

Earth is the only planet where humans can survive because it has the only oxygen out of all 8 planets.  Earth is estimated to be 4.6 billion years old and is 197 million square miles. 71% of the earth surface is covered in water.
